Who can join Fatooi?
Only people invited by a family administrator can request access. The invitation must be confirmed before the account is connected to a family tree.
Can one person belong to more than one family tree?
Yes. A person can be connected to multiple family trees and multiple branches without creating duplicate identities.
Who can see my information?
It depends on the sharing level: Family, Immediate Family, Shared With…, or Private.
Can I add another relative?
Approved members may suggest or invite relatives when permitted by their family-tree role. New connections require confirmation.
Is Fatooi visible in search engines?
The site discourages search indexing. Family content will also be protected behind sign-in before it is published.
What should I avoid uploading?
Do not upload passwords, financial details, government identification numbers, medical records, legal documents, or other highly sensitive information.
How do I correct a relationship?
Contact a family administrator or submit a correction request. Relationships should not change without appropriate family review.
